All content on this website (texts, graphics, logos, code) is the exclusive property of Le Super Business or its partners, except for content generated by users from third-party YouTube videos. Any reproduction, representation or distribution of the website, in whole or in part, without express prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement subject to French Intellectual Property Code articles L.335-2 and following.

Users are solely responsible for the content (URLs, generated posts) they create through the Service and warrant that they hold all necessary rights to use it.

Le Super Business is the data controller within the meaning of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

We collect and process personal data (email address, generation history, generation preferences, payment information when applicable) for the following purposes: providing the Service, account management, billing, sending transactional emails, internal usage analytics, regulatory compliance.

Legal bases: contract performance (account creation, generation), legitimate interest (Service improvement), consent (analytics cookies, marketing emails), legal obligation (accounting).

Data is kept for the duration of the account; up to 3 years after the last activity for prospects; up to 10 years for accounting documents.

Data recipients: Le Super Business team, technical processors (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, OpenAI, Resend, Supadata) bound by contractual confidentiality clauses.

Some processors are located outside the European Union (USA). Transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The Service uses essential cookies necessary for its operation (authentication session, language preference, locally stored quota).
